1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StackTrax ("the Service"), operated at stacktrax.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StackTrax is a personal health and wellness tracking application that allows users to manage supplement and compound protocols, log doses, track daily check-ins, and compare vendor prices. The Service is available via web browser and as a progressive web app.

3. Account Responsibility

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

• StackTrax offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (monthly and annual).
• New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features when they first subscribe.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

6. Health Disclaimer

StackTrax is a tracking and organizational tool only. It is NOT a medical device, and it does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

• The information displayed in the Service (doses, schedules, vendor prices) is for personal tracking purposes only.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or stopping any supplement or compound protocol.
• We do not verify the safety, efficacy, or legality of any compounds or supplements tracked in the Service.
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from protocols you track using the Service.
• Vendor pricing and discount codes are provided for convenience and may not always be current or accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated data), is owned by StackTrax and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackTrax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@stacktrax.com. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
